TIGIT(T cell Immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains)
Product details
Product overview
TIGIT (T cell Immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains), also known as Vstm3, Vsig9, WUCAM, is a newly discovered co-stimulatory molecule with an immunosuppressive effect in T cells and NK cells with a molecular weight of 30-34kD in recent years. Expressed on, it has an immunoglobulin-like domain, a transmembrane region and an immunoglobulin tyrosine inhibitory motif (ITIM), hence the name TIGIT. TIGIT is a type I transmembrane protein and belongs to the CD28 member of the Ig superfamily. Human TIGIT has 244 amino acids, including a 21aa signal peptide, a 120aa extracellular region (containing a V-type immunoglobulin-like domain and two potential N-terminal glycosylation sites), a 21aa transmembrane region, and a 120aa transmembrane region. The 82aa cytoplasmic region of the ITIM motif.
TIGIT is an emerging inhibitory receptor shared by NK and T cells. It has high affinity with PVR (CD155), which is highly expressed by tumor cells. It directly inhibits the killing effect of NK and T cells on tumor cells through the ITIM region of TIGIT, with similar effects. On the inhibitory effect of CTLA-4 on T cells.
The TIGIT-his and TIGIT-Fc expressed in mammalian cells by our company have high purity and good activity.
