Arc Neodymium Magnet

Sintered NdFeB is a most general permanent magnet of rare earth, which possesses high maximum magnetic energy and high intrinsic coercive force. It is widely used in motor, speakers, magnetic separator, magnetic therapeutics and other high-tech fields. The manufacture of Ndfeb adopts powder metallurgy process. Process: batching → smelting ingot → Milling → Molding → Vacuum Sintering → magnetic testing → grinding → pin cutting → Coating → finished product. We can produce NdFeB magnet product of different grades and different performances, including N35-N52 and so on, whose curie temperature ranges from 310 to 340 degree and working temperature ranges from 80 to 220 degree. According to the requirements of our customers, we can produce cylinder, disc, ring, block, arc, trapezoid, square, rectangle and irregular shape. Since NdFeB materials have relatively vivid chemical properties and are easily oxidized, their finished products need to be given a surface treatment like electroplating and coating.
