Plastic Chair Mould

This is the chair mould with hot runner system. It is used for injecting PP or PP+FG material chair. The brass insertmuts will be injected together with plastic which are used to assembled for seats and legs. Generally we will use P20 steel or 718 steel as mould material, that depends on customer's requirement. The mould life is over 500,000 shots.
