Plastic perfume jar cap with diameter of 60mm. Plastic cap is made by injection molding and IML technology finished for top and side decoration.

Plastic labels can be changed with different design in the same mold, and interchangeable label can be loaded onto injecton molding robot system to have different appearance of plastic cap.

Mold cycle time is 12s , 4cavity IML molding solution. Steel is S136 stainless steel with HRC46-48. Durable mold life and stable finish. Injection gate from inside of the plastic cap mold, need very good design of cooling system.
