背景信息Background

 

Wnt/β-Catenin pathway regulates the pluripotency of stem cells and

determines the differentiation fate of cells during development.This developmental

cascade integrates signals from other pathways,including retinoic acid,fibroblast growth

factor(FGF),and transforming growth factorβ(TGF-β)And bone morphogenetic protein

(BMP),present in various cell types and tissues.Wnt ligand is a secreted glycoprotein that

binds to the Frizzled receptor and then forms a larger complex with LRP5/6 on the cell

surface.The curl receptor is ubiquitinated by ZNRF3 and RNF43,and their activity can be

inhibited by binding to LGR5/6 through R-spondin.Wnt is highly critical for a variety of

physiological processes of an organism's body,including stem cell regeneration,proliferation,

division,migration,polarity of a cell,determining fate of the cell and specification of neural

crest,neural symmetry and morphogenesis.
